RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We will cover the cost up to 3 returns within a calendar year if returned within 60 days of initial purchase. Returns in excess of 3 will result in charges to cover the cost of the original shipping, return shipping and card processing fees. We will provide a prepaid label (at request).  Returned items must arrive in unused condition with original manufacturer’s packaging. Once the returned item is received, a refund will be issued for the item’s purchased price, or an exchange for an item of equal value. Please allow up to 4 days for returns processing. Free returns are for the USA only. We reserve the right to discontinue free returns at any time with customers who have a pattern of excessive returns. Limit of one free return/exchange per order. If an item is returned in poor or used condition, it will be shipped back at the expense of the buyer. Do not attach shipping label directly to the manufacturer’s packaging.*Items purchased from the “Specialty/Pre-Owned” category cannot be returned and all sales are final.
